rules like being a scouted artist, showing off the best animation i made, an much more. i've already been rejected from 3 newgrounds collabs because of this "standard" you need to have to get accepted. if i ever got accepted into something, i would do it, but on the internet, you need some kind of history and shit to get a spot in those stupid newgrounds collabs.
